Upon purchasing the product a thorough questionnaire will be sent to your email which you have 5 days to complete (20 questions). Based on your open and honest responses I deliver you your 12-week training plan as an excel document which also shows you which free apps to download to do things such as track workouts, step counters and additional health and wellbeing necessities. After the 12-weeks are complete you will have reached your goal, well done!
